Денежные отношения в коммерческой организации, посредством которых осуществляется ее производственно-хозяйственная деятельность в условиях, когда уставный капитал разделен на определенное число акций, удостоверяющих права акционеров по отношению к АО. Основным источником формирования финансовых ресурсов, обеспечивающих экономическую независимость компании, выступают собственные средства: уставный капитал, прибыль, целевые поступления. Дополнительным – операции с ценными бумагами на рынке, а также заемные средства (прежде всего — банковский кредит). Участники общества не отвечают по обязательствам общества и несут риск убытков, связанных с его деятельностью, только в пределах стоимости принадлежащих им акций
